The Red River Regional Council is transforming a 10,000 SF historic downtown building in Grafton, ND, into a Regional Business Incubator with an emphasis to support food entrepreneurs – from start-up to scale and will be the new home of the Red River Regional Council. The vision is for this incubator space is to become a community hub with access to resources for any entrepreneur, solopreneur, existing businesses or dreamers to help them pursue their ideas, grow their businesses, and/or co-work among professionals and creative problem solvers.
The operational model consists of short-term rentals in the shared commercial kitchen, office spaces, retail spaces and/or high-tech conference rooms. Walk-ins are welcome to co-work on tabletops, alcoves, or open offices for a nominal fee. The space is also designed to host events, workshops, or offer streaming services for up to a 100-person gathering.
The space and its services to the region need a name and a brand that will resonate with the target audience and community.
Proposals are due Wednesday, October 1 by 5:00 p.m. Details provided in the documents linked below.
