With a data feed from the Grand Forks Board of REALTORS and proprietary data from regional owners, we’re able to offer this one-stop shop for business development and expansion in Northeast North Dakota.
LOIS is provided by the North Dakota Department of Commerce through a statewide subscription, so regional, county, local, downtown/Main Street organizations, and tribal governments can list properties at no additional cost.
