A preview of our 2026 goals:
- Finish construction of The Reyleck, refine operations and programming, and secure remaining launch funds.
- Support 15 businesses as they plan and pursue growth.
- Sell nine homes, break ground on nine more in five communities, and secure funding for ten additional units.
- Pilot two modular or manufactured homes on permanent foundations.
- Grow Real. Good. initiatives to strengthen career pathways and boost creative external marketing.
- Implement the 2024 Region 4 Manufacturing and UAS Plan.
- Develop funding strategies to help retain rural grocery and food access.
- Support community groups in preparing grants that enhance local recreation, aesthetics, and overall quality of life.
