The Red River Regional Council (RRC) in Grafton, North Dakota is accepting CMaR proposals for a Construction Manager relating to the 532 Hill Avenue Incubator Project. This is a commercial renovation project located in a vacant 10,600 sq ft historical building in downtown Grafton. The facility is designed to serve as a small business incubator with a commercial kitchen.
