Red River CHDO Adds Project Manager
LisaAnn Watkins of Consulting by LAW has been contracted by the Red River Regional Council / Red River CHDO team to manage Spark Build home development activity in the region. “LisaAnn has a strong knowledge of, and experience with, both the building and financing sides of development,” said Lisa Rotvold, Executive Director of Red River CHDO. “Adding her time and talents to the team will help Red River CHDO increase Spark Build production and expand the scope of our housing development work in the region.”
The position is funded with Regional Workforce Impact Program (RWIP) dollars with matching funds provided by the Red River CHDO to support 12-18 months of project management services. It is intended to increase the availability of housing in the region to make room for the employees that regional businesses are trying to recruit.
