Supporting Business Growth Across Pembina County
Business Approved for Flex PACE Loan
At its September 8 meeting, the Pembina County Job Development Authority approved community-share participation in a Bank of North Dakota Flex PACE loan supporting a growing local businesses. As a partner in the Bank of North Dakota’s Flex PACE Program, the PCJDA provides a deferred loan that serves as the local match required for the Flex PACE interest-rate buydown. This buydown lowers the borrower’s interest rate, making financing more affordable and accessible for businesses investing in real estate, equipment, and working capital within their communities.
CRMB Holdings, LLC was approved for up to a $36,418.19 community share to purchase the Cavalier Car Spa. The purchase will add a part-time staff person to the company. The City of Cavalier is partnering with the JDA to share in the community match.
