Red River Regional Council

Register for the State of Region 4 today!

What is the true state of Region 4?

The State of Region 4 is an opportunity to look beyond headlines and individual community stories to better understand the trends shaping our region’s future. From housing and workforce challenges to economic opportunities and community vitality, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s changing, and where thoughtful adjustments could help rural communities thrive.

Created as part of the Regional Council Board of Director’s commitment to stronger rural and regional advocacy, the event also helps provide legislators with a broader understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and priorities shared across northeastern North Dakota.

This year’s program includes discussions on the impacts of the 3% property tax cap, housing momentum, and the growing role of rural philanthropy in community development. We’ll also celebrate important regional milestones and share a major announcement that you won’t want to miss.

Whether you’re a community leader, business owner, elected official, volunteer, nonprofit partner, or simply someone who cares about the future of Region 4, this event is for you.

Come for the big picture. Stay for the big reveal.

Registration is now open. Reserve your seat today and join us for a timely conversation about the future of Region 4 and the opportunities ahead.

RSVP deadline: October 21.
