New Automated Job Board Launching on RealGoodND.com

A Regional Workforce Impact Program (RWIP) grant through the North Dakota Department of Commerce is supporting the implementation of an automated job board on RealGoodND.com. Rather than requiring employers to manually post job openings, the Getro platform scrapes careers pages from organizations across Nelson, Pembina, and Walsh counties to automatically build and maintain a centralized, up-to-date job board.

Once live, the platform will allow job seekers to easily browse opportunities and click “Apply Now” on individual listings, streamlining the job search process.

The Red River Regional Council, which administers the Real. Good. Northeast North Dakota talent attraction initiative, is partnering with the Grand Forks Region Economic Development Corporation (GFREDC) on this effort. GFREDC has utilized the Getro platform over the past 11 months with strong results, successfully increasing applicant traffic for regional job openings. A recent campaign targeting UAS workers in April–May 2026 generated 521 clicks on job listings, including 92 “Apply Now” actions.

“We are excited to bring this tool to the rural counties in Region 4,” said Real. Good. Project Manager Kristi Kasprick. “It allows us to compile job openings into one easy-to-use platform that can be widely shared with individuals exploring career opportunities in Northeast North Dakota.”

While grant funding prioritizes the manufacturing and UAS industries, the platform will benefit a broader range of sectors. Many incoming workers bring spouses and family members who seek employment across diverse industries, further strengthening the regional workforce.

The platform is expected to be live in July 2026. If employers do not have a careers page or website, positions can be manually added. Please reach out to Kristi Kasprick at kristi@redriverrc.com or 701.361.5705 for more information on how to submit positions.

First-Ever Virtual Rural Job Fair for Northeast North Dakota

Real. Good. Northeast North Dakota, a regional initiative promoting career opportunities and quality of life, will host the first-ever Real. Good. Virtual Rural Job Fair on July 23, 2026.
